Instructions

Phase A ā€“ Combine Phase A ingredients in formula order into main vessel with propeller mixing and begin heating to 60Ā°C to 70Ā°C. Phase B ā€“ In a separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing and begin heating to 60Ā°C to 70Ā°C. Once both Phase A and Phase B are fully uniform, add Phase B to Phase A with continuous mixing. Once fully dispersed, discontinue heat. Phase C ā€“ Once temperature is at 35Ā°C to 40Ā°C, add Phase C to Phase AB with continuous mixing. Phase D ā€“ Add Phase D to Phase ABC, discontinue mixing and switch to a homogenizer. Homogenize for 10 to 30 seconds. Once complete, transfer to a holding vessel.
