Instructions
Phase A – Combine Phase A ingredients in formula order into main vessel with propeller mixing and begin heating to 60°C to 70°C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing and begin heating to 60°C to 70°C. Once both Phase A and Phase B are fully uniform, add Phase B to Phase A with continuous mixing. Once fully dispersed, discontinue heat. Phase C – Once temperature is at 35°C to 40°C, add Phase C to Phase AB with continuous mixing. Phase D – Add Phase D to Phase ABC, discontinue mixing and switch to a homogenizer. Homogenize for 10 to 30 seconds. Once complete, transfer to a holding vessel.
