Instructions

Phase A – Propeller mix and heat Phase A to 80°C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, propeller mix and heat Phase B to 80°C. Once at temperature, add Phase A to Phase B. Mix for 10-15 minutes at 500–600 rpm keeping heat above 75°C. Once batch is uniform, remove from heat. Phase C – Using Phase C, adjust the batch pH to 6.8–7.5. Homogenize batch for 1-4 minutes at 2000–3000 rpm until uniform. Discontinue homogenizer and switch to propeller mixing. Cool to 40°-45°C. Phase D – At temperature return batch to homogenizer and add Phase D. The batch will become whiter and slightly thicker. Mix batch until the powder is well dispersed into the liquid. Phase E and F – Switch to propeller mixing and add Phases E and F to batch. Mix until uniform.
