Instructions

Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel and heat to 60-70°C. At desired temperature add the Endinol® SCS and mix until uniform at temperature. Phase B –In a separate vessel, mix and heat Phase B to 70°C until uniform. At 70°C, add Phase B to Phase A and homogenize while maintaining temperature. Allow this mixture to cool to room temperature. Phase C and D – Add Phases C and D to Phase AB with moderate mixing to create a whipped cream texture and then transfer to holding vessel.
