Happy Hair Pudding – CSW 003-68B

This emollient filled formulation is a fun and innovative hair fixative utilizing olive-based materials and natural oils to supplement feel without compromising style. AllyEster™ allows this light pudding to leave hair structured and in place without affecting shine or being weighed down by heavy silicones.

Instructions

Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel under shear mixing and begin heating to 75-80°C. Phase B – Add Phase B to main vessel under shear mixing and continue heat to 75-80°C. Phase C – In a separate vessel, add Phase C and heat to 75-80°C. Once at uniform temperature, add Phase C to main vessel. Begin cool down. Phase D – Once main vessel temperature is 45-50°C, add Phase D under continued shear mixing. Note: Batch will thicken with Phase D and Phase E additions. Phase E – Add Phase E to main vessel under shear mixing. Phase F – Add Phase F to main vessel under shear mixing. Once uniform, transfer to final container.
