Instructions

Phase A and B – Premix Phase B and add to Phase A under sheer mixing. Phase C – Add Phase C to batch in order. Phase D – Disperse Phase D into batch slowly until uniform. Phase E – Adjust batch using Phase E to reach a pH of 6.5. Phase F – Add Phase F to batch. Phase G – In a separate vessel, premix Phase G and heat to 35° – 40°C. Once at temperature, add Phase G to batch. Phase H – Premix Phase H and add to batch. Phase I and J – Add Phases I and J to batch.
