Bergamot Lemony Drift Light Cream – CSW 007-84

Lather up with this beautifully scented, hydrating light body cream. This emollient features a lightweight, rapidly dissolving texture formulated with natural-made oils, butters and Vitamin E antioxidants. Medxtract Witch Hazel and Endipure SHEA nut extracts lock in moisture and keep skin all-day nourished. Bio olive-based esters Olivatis 19 and Olivatis 18 create a stable oil-in-water emulsion and improve the overall aesthetics of the formulation. Paraben-free, formaldehyde-free, and PEG-free.

Instructions

Phase A – Combine Phase A ingredients in formula order into main vessel with propeller mixing and begin heating to 60°C to 65°C. Mix until fully dispersed. Phase B – In a separate vessel, begin with the first Phase B ingredient and heat to 60°C to 65°C. Once at desired temperature, continue to add Phase B ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing. Once fully uniform, add Phase B to Phase A with continuous mixing and increase speed if desired. Allow 2 to 3 minutes to mix, discontinue heat, and homogenize for 30 seconds until fully homogeneous. Note: Temperature must be above 60°C to homogenize. Allow solution to cool with propeller mixing. Phase C – Once temperature is below 45°C, add Phase C to Phase AB with continuous mixing to pH above 6.0. Phase D – Combine Phase D in a separate vessel and add to Phase ABC; mix until fully uniform, then transfer to a holding vessel. Note: Batch will thicken at room temperature after 24 hours.
