Anti-Pollution Oxygenating Serum – CSW 007-88

This anti-pollution serum helps boost a healthy level of Oxygen to the skin cells. Fiflow® AQI is an inert liquid that functions by releasing Oxygen and capturing gaseous pollutants from the skin. This enriched gel-type serum, formulated with bio-based ester Olivatis 18, absorbs effectively into the skin without leaving a sticky or heavy residue. Nordic Beauty® Bilberry Dispersion, produced from wild forest Nordic berries, offers a naturally high polyphenol content to help skin with premature aging.

Instructions

Phase A – In main vessel, combine Phase A ingredients in formula order with propeller mixing at 400 to 500 rpm. Disperse the Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Crosspolymer in a slow manner using high sheer mixing. Pay close attention so that lumps do not form. Let it mix for 10 to 15 minutes until a clear, uniform gel forms. Continue to add the remaining Phase A ingredients. Heat vessel up to 60-65°C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, begin heating up to 60-65°C and combine Phase B ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing until uniform. Once both phases are at desired temperature, add Phase B to Phase A with a speed of 250 to 280 rpm. Once complete, let it mix for 10 to 15 minutes until fully uniform. Phase C – Once solution is uniform and temperature is below 40°C, add Phase C to Phase AB under propeller mixing. Phase D – Add Phase D to Phase ABC with continuous mixing. Transfer to a holding vessel.
