Description:
UVASORB® S5 is a safe and effective water-soluble sunscreen with a broad-spectrum absorbance between 270 and 350 nm. Because of its excellent water solubility, UVASORB S5 is particularly suitable for O/W suncreams and sun gels. UVASORB S5 can also be used as a light stabilizer for water based products such as styling gels, shampoos, shower-gels and alcoholic fragrances. It is frequently used in combination with oil- soluble UV-filters in order to boost sunscreening properties especially in O/W emulsions.
