Instructions

Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel with sheer mixing. Begin heating to 75°- 80°C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, add Phase B with sheer mixing and begin heating to 50°C. Phase C – When Phase B reaches 50°C add Phase C to Phase B and continue mixing with heat to 75°- 80°C. Once Phase A and Phase BC reach 75°- 80°C add Phase BC to Phase A with high sheer mixing. Once uniform, homogenize for 1-2 minutes. Phase D – Begin cool down and continue sheer mixing. At 45°- 50°C add Phase D to batch and continue mixing until uniform. Phase E – Add Phase E to batch and continue sheer mixing until uniform. Phase F – Premix Phase F and add to batch.
