Instructions

Phase A – In main vessel, begin heating up to 60℃-65℃, add phase A ingredients in formula order with propeller mixing. Once fully uniform, discontinue heat. Phase B – In a separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients in formula order with propeller mixing. Add Phase B to Phase A in slow and metered fashion such that no water sits on the surface of the mixture. Adjust the mixing speed to combine the two phases by creating a small vortex. Note: Phase A will become thicker and uniform after complete addition of phase B. Once complete, allow Phase AB to mix for the time allocated to add Phase B. Discontinue propeller mixing and homogenize for 10 to 30 seconds. Once thoroughly uniform, transfer to a holding vessel.
