  • Viscosity: spindle 5 at 5.0 rpm = 40,000-50,000 cst

Instructions

Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel under shear mixing. Phase B – In a separate vessel, add Phase B and mix. Once uniform, add to main vessel under shear mixing. Phase C –Add Phase C to main vessel with continued shear mixing. Phase D – Add Phase D slowly to main vessel. Note: Batch will thicken. QS to desired pH. Phase E – Add Phase E to batch and continue shear mixing until uniform. Transfer to final container.
