This wonderful sunscreen has the feel of a soothing lotion. It will provide sun protection without an overly greasy feel.

Phase A – In main vessel, add phase A and begin propeller mixing. Dissolve all ingredients until a uniform solution is formed. Heat to at least 70°-75° C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, weigh out Phase B and begin heating and mixing to 75°-80°C. No particulate should be present. When completely dissolved, add Phase B to Phase A and mix thoroughly at 500-600 rpm. Remove from heat. Phase C – Add Phase C to Phase AB and mix thoroughly to keep solution miscible. Begin cooling to 40°C. Phase D – When Phase ABC is at desired temperature, add Phase D and mix until uniform decreasing speed as needed. Transfer at 30°C.
