Instructions

  1. Fill main vessel with Phase A, deionized water and Dissolvine® GL-47-S, dissolve into solution, slowly add glycerin, and then slowly add PNC 400 until it completely dissolves into solution. While mixing, heat the batch to 60°C degrees C, then add DL-Panthenol and Triethanolamine; continue heating to 70-75°C.
  2. In side vessel, add Phase B in order and heat to 70-75 °C.
  3. When Phase A and Phase B are at temperature and homogeneous, slowly add Phase B to Phase A with mixing and homogenizing for 1-3 minutes. Begin cooling slowly with mixing.
  4. At 45-50°C, add premixed Phase C to batch.
  5. Premix Phase D and add. Switch to slow speed and transfer to holding vessel. Adjust batch to desired pH and transfer.
