Phase A – Mix Phase A and disperse carbomer into solution. Allow to hydrate. Phase B – Mix and heat Phase B to 70°C until uniform. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix on high power to a white and uniform solution. Phase C – On cool down, add Phase C to Phase AB at 45°C. Phase D – Add Phase D to Phase ABC and allow formula to mix to uniformity.
