Olivia’s Cream to Powder Foundation – CSW 003-90

A youthful cream to powder foundation that glides on effortlessly and transforms into a silky powder-like finish. Use this foundation with a light or more heavy touch for just the right degree of full-face coverage, complete with a velvety whisper of matte. Can also be used as a corrector to hide a blemish or dark circles. Suitable to apply with fingers, sponge, or brush.

Instructions

Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel with sheer mixing. Begin heating to 75°- 80°C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, add Phase B with shear mixing and begin heating to 80°C. Phase C – In a separate vessel, mix color dispersions until uniform and hold. When Phase B reaches 80°C, add Phase C to Phase B under shear mixing. Once completely uniform and dispersed, add Phase C to main vessel under high shear mixing. Begin cool down. Phase D – Premix Phase D into a paste/gel. Once main vessel reaches 60°C, add to Phase D to main vessel. Continue cool down. Phase E – Once batch reaches below 45°C, add Phase E to main vessel under continued shear mixing. Phase F – Premix Phase F and add to batch in main vessel. Transfer to final container.
