Instructions

Phase A – In main beaker, add Phase A compounds with propeller mixing. The final water phase should be clear and uniform. Phase B – In separate beaker, add Phase B compounds, and then mix until a uniform translucent yellow solution is obtained. Next, increase mixing until reaching a small vortex and add Phase B slowly to Phase A. The solution will become turbid and thin. Phase C – Add Phase C to Phase AB and allow batch to mix for 1-2 minutes. Phase D – Weigh out Phase D, and then add slowly to the Phase ABC batch. Increase mixing as needed since the batch will start to thicken towards the end of the addition of Phase D. The batch will turn white. Mix for an additional 1-5 minutes until homogeneous.
