Luxscreen® Sun Cream (Cold Process) – CSW-0610-2/2010

This is a light W/O sun cream with a soft, even application. Luxscreen® is a range of UV-dispersions based on photostable lipids and mineral UV-filters encapsulated in a polymer structure. They provide high SPF and UVA protection without risk of sedimentation. Due to the significantly lower density of these dispersions, more stable SPF products with smooth skin feel can be created.

The Biomethics® Emulsifier offers good skin compatibility, excellent softness, and suits even delicate skin types. It is an ideal alternative for cold process emulsions. Creanatural® LAQ and Creabase® MSO are based on the non-oxidizing Meadowfoam seed oil. Rich in antioxidant, Meadowfoam seed oil is a stable, natural oil with skin care benefits that is perfect for sun care applications. Alphaflow® is a hypoallergenic and photostable emollient. Dedraflow® 5 is a hypoallergenic and photostable emollient with high volatility which can be used as a replacement for cyclomethicone. Siltext® works as a texture-enhancer, leaving a matte, non-greasy skin feel. Creanatural® BioCollagen is a natural film former with good moisture retention.

Alguard™ protects the skin against irritants, prevents microbial adhesion, and smoothes skin roughness while reducing the length and depth of fine lines. Sharomix MT, an aqueous solution, is a global preservative certified for use in Europe, United States and Japan for rinse-off and leave-on products.
