Luscious Light Body and Face Lotion – CSW 003-80

This cold process, pumpable lotion indulges thirsty skin from head to toe. Natural oils, olive-based materials, and Medxtracts provide an opulent, light feel for even the most sensitive skin. With inverse emulsifiers like Endicare® ETP-305, this formula is simple to process without compromising luxury.

  • Viscosity: spindle 3.0 at 60.0 rpm = 1,000-1,500 cst


Phase A – Add Phase A materials in order to main vessel under shear mixing. Phase B – Add Phase B to separate vessel under shear mixing. Once uniform add to Phase A under continued shear mixing. Phase C – Add Phase C to main vessel under high shear mixing. If high shear mixing does not achieve viscosity and uniformity, transfer to homogenizer. Once uniform, transfer to final container.
