Instructions

Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel with shear mixing. Note: QS citric acid solution to desired pH between 4.50-5.00. Phase B – Add Phase B under continued shear mixing to main vessel. Phase C – Add Phase C to main vessel on high shear mixing. Batch will thicken. If not uniform, increase speed and power. Note: Homogenization might be necessary. Once uniform, transfer to final container.
