Instructions

Phase A – Mix Phase A and heat to 70°C. Phase B – Premix Phase B and add to Phase A. Phase C – In a separate vessel mix and heat Phase C to 80°C. (Note: Add oils once temperature has just reached 80°C and right before homogenizing as to not burn oils.) Add Phase C to Phase AB slowly and mix on high speed for macroemulsion then homogenize. Phase D – Add Phase D to Phase ABC at 35-40°C. Phase E – Premix Phase E and add to Phase ABCD.
