Instructions
Phase A – In main vessel add Phase A and begin heating to 75C. Phase B – In separate vessel add Phase B and begin heating to 50C. At 50C add Phase C to Phase B and heat to 75C. Phase C – At 75C add Phase BC to Phase A with moderate to high speed, followed by homogenizing for 1-2 minutes. Phase D – Cool Phase ABC to 45-50C and add Phase D. Phase E – Continue cooling Phase ABCD to 40C and add Phase E. Continue cooling Phase ABCDE to 25C. Phase F – Premix Phase F and add to Phase ABCDE at 25C. NOTE: Viscosity will decrease slightly. Begin with prop mixing followed by homogenizing at 1000 – 2000 rpm until incorporated into the mixture.
