Instructions
Phase A – Add Phase A to main vessel with shear mixing. Begin heating to 75°- 80°C. Phase B – Disperse Phase B into main vessel under shear mixing and allow uniformity. Phase C – Add Phase C to main vessel under shear mixing. Continue heating. Phase D – Once at desired temperature, add Phase D under shear mixing. Hold heat until uniform. Begin cool down. Phase E – Once temperature is below 60°C, add Phase E under continued shear mixing. Once at room temperature and uniform, transfer to final container.
